• Chat Widget Session: Maintains the visitor's chat session so conversations persist across page navigations within your store. This cookie does not contain personally identifiable information.
• Visitor Session ID: A randomly generated identifier used to track visitor browsing behavior within a single session for behavioral analytics. This ID is not linked to any personal data.

Cookies We Do NOT Use

UpsellAgents AI does not use:

Chatbot Widget Cookies (Storefront)

When the UpsellAgents AI chatbot is active on your storefront, the following minimal data is stored in the visitor's browser:

• Session ID: A temporary, randomly generated identifier that allows the chatbot to maintain conversation context as the visitor navigates your store. This ID expires when the browser session ends.
• No PII: The chatbot widget does not store customer names, emails, addresses, or any personally identifiable information in cookies or local storage.

• Delete individual or all cookies
• Block cookies from specific sites or all sites
